When handling conflicting feedback on your UX research, approach it with curiosity and assume positive intent. Feedback may come from frontline staff who interact with customers daily and offer unique insights, product team members armed with contradicting data that can challenge your assumptions, or individuals sharing anecdotal evidence based on personal experience. Each perspective should prompt you to pause, reevaluate your work, and deepen your understanding. While the feedback may not entirely change your research conclusions, it deserves to be considered and evaluated on its own merits.
